    The Town’s Human Resources Department is seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to serve as its next Town Accountant, following the anticipated retirement of a long-tenured and highly respected incumbent. The salary range, depending on experience, is $95,125.00 - $110,275.94 increasing as of July 1st to $97,503.12 - $113,032.84, annually based upon forty (40) hours a week (Monday - Thursday), fifty-two (52) weeks a year. There is also a very generous benefits package, including paid time off, professional development and health and dental insurance (paid at 68% and 75% of the premiums). All are in accordance with current Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is an overtime exempt, union position.

The position is benefitted and subject to a contract to be negotiated with the Select Board, through the Town Administrator.
