The Town of Dunstable (pop. 3,200) seeks a qualified candidate to serve as a part time Town Accountant. The Town Accountant performs administrative, supervisory and technical work in monitoring, directing, and auditing the town’s financial and accounting system. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred, and at least five years of experience in accounting or financial management; municipal accounting experience required. Knowledge of Massachusetts municipal finance laws and relevant computer systems; proficient in municipal software systems.  Massachusetts Governmental Accounting Certificate Salary DOQ.
