The Town of Wellfleet has a FY 2021 budget of $20M and is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Town Accountant. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a closely related field; a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years general ledger accounting experience, preferably in the municipal field and experience with municipal financial software applications; or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Salary range is $90,000-$100,000 depending on  experience and qualifications. Position is full-time, with full benefits.
